Attorney Gloria Alfred announced Monday a lawsuit filed in SDNY this morning on behalf of “Jane Doe 15” who alleges Jeffrey Epstein sexually trafficked and abused her when she was 15 years old. Reporting for @CourthouseNews 
Jane Doe 15, who is not providing her real name, said in prepared remarks “Epstein took my sexual innocence in front of a wall of framed photographs” in a New Mexico compound. (SDNY case is 1:19cv10653)
“It is upsetting to me to think that anyone who was closely associate with Jeffrey Epstein might argue that they didn’t suspect that he might have been sexually abusing children,” Jane Doe 15 told reporters Monday.
That’s attorney Gloria Allred, of course, (autocorrects, sorry) who said Monday she received two more emails this past week from individuals who claim to be victims of Epstein.
These photos of Jane Doe 15 were provided to reporters Monday by the LA office of Allred’s firm Allred Maroko Goldberg. Allred said the photos were taken when the survivor was 15 years old.
Jane Doe 15 also said Prince Andrew should provide a statement under oath on info he may have regarding Epstein’s actions and/or additional victims. “Just because Epstein is dead does not mean that others around him don’t deserve their day in court as well,” she told reporters.
