.@Timcast,

Here is what I could find quickly.

This organization has critical ties to ACLU (calls 1630 "related" in its FY2016 Form 990) and the AFL-CIO (Unions) and as noted, strong ties to Democracy Alliance. How close? Is the same suite close enough?

Follow if want more.
According to a 2017 filing by Demand Progress Action, Inc; "Nearly all operations have moved into the Sixteen Thirty Fund. During 2017 the organization contributed more than 25% of the organizations assets to this fund which is a tax-exempt entity under IRC 501(c)(4)". Form 990.n
Schedule I reads as to why transferring $626,298; "The fund's purpose is to engage in activism to promote civil liberties, privacy and open government."

... and the Left thinks we are crazy when we say Soros paid South Americans to bum rush the border?

2017: $79,372,569
Voting Members: 3 ($0)
Independent Voting Members: 2 ($0)
Employees: 0
502 "volunteers"
Salaries: $2,136,229
Riddle me that Batman...

Arabella gets $2M cut
Revolution Messaging (Bernie's team) at $1.3M

$19.9M on Lobbying.

Grants: $13.3M

Cash on hand 12/31/17 $39.9M
"Fund to support organizations working to advance clean energy and climate solutions" $7,310,149

Political Campaign Expenses $914,110

$225,463 to "BlackPac" (their words, not mine) in D.C.

🔃 back to the Soros S.A. comment...

... $285,372 spent in South America.
$3,750 for recruiting in Mexico (or Canada, unclear).

WHERE THEIR GRANT MONEY WENT:

$3,850,000 - League of Conservation Voters
$1.16M - Partnership Project Action Fund
$1.1M - Environment America.

Under $1M noteworthy:
Raise up Missouri (Cori Bush, BNC?), Mainers for...
...Healthcare (fight against Collins), Michigan Time to Care (Tlaib?), New Venture Fund (Soros shell game?), Virginia New Majority (in prep for 2019?), ProgressNOW, NJ Working Families Alliance (I have stuff on Jersey coming out soon, it's a target), MoveOn... ColorOfChange...
Our Revolution (Bernie's post 2016 unconnected but connected program (like Organizing for America, Obama)), WFP-NYC. Tons more small.

Then... the kicker.

Relationship between Eric Kessler and Arabella Advisors... he owns "more than 35%" of it.

New Venture Fund is "paymaster"..
... of all salaries for all organizations that fall in Arabella Advisors portfolio.

Disclosure: "Eric Kessler, Wilbur Priester and Andrew Schultz have a business relationship."

Arabella maintains all donor relationships.

I'm taking a break....
They are all just "funds", all run by Arabella Advisors who don't have to disclose where the money came from. Where individuals can get away completely unknown. The whole scheme was actually as far as I know of started by... what a shock... Zack Exley when he was at rTMark.
