If the Senate, with White House approval, is just going to go through the motions of a trial and get it over with, the House should make sure they get all the materials and testimony they need on the record first.
Parnas wants to testify and should be heard, but given the testimonies of Sondland and Hill, the House Intelligence Committee should subpoena Giuliani, Bolton, Pompeo and Mulvaney at a minimum.

The Republicans on the committee have complained endlessly about previous witnesses relying on hearsay of events they weren't directly involved in, so I'm sure they'll support subpoenaing Trump's inner circle who will testify under oath about how that hearsay was all wrong.
