One of the more amusing aspects of the hearings was watching so many bureaucrats claim to be in charge of Ukraine policy.
So did Ambassador William Taylor.
But Fiona Hill seemed to think 𝒔𝒉𝒆 was responsible for coordinating U.S. policy on Ukraine.
