What we do know is that BOTH parties agreed to delay Gen. Flynn’s sentencing hearing until after the IG report.

• he coordinated Russia visit with DIA, including pre/post briefs

Point of clarity: There is a TON of speculation of HOW and under what authority they intercepted Flynn’s call.
I’m not sure that we have heard definitively on that - if so, feel free to add it to the discussion.
