I want to plead in the spirit of the yuletide that all hostilities towards @KemiOlunloyo should cease. You will recall that despite all she did back then, we still championed the appeal and advocacy towards her release in port harcourt. We should give people a chance to change.
We all have something to contribute and society heals when we help direct the gift of others towards common good. There are no pyramids in social work. It is not in my place to give permission, validate, venerate, verify or vilify anyone. We need more active citizens no doubt.
We are not better than what we criticize if we fail to forgive. I understand a lot of vile things & lies are still out there which she will clear up in due course but please give her a chance to turn a new leaf for the sake of all. She has the potential & Nigeria needs more hands

I took no offense but chose to refuse to be distracted. I know how much you the people feel about all these and I crave your forgiveness on her behalf. Help her get better. Dealing with PTSD is hard and she is almost out of the woods. Give her a chance to serve & keep praying.
People who wonder if others have really changed may be missing the point here. Forgiving people need not mean asking them to move into your house. You are simply saying, go and sin no more. It heals you too and help your focus and mental health.
Anything that prevents U from fulfilling your potentials, attenuates your ability to cope with daily stress, hampers your productivity & meaningful participation & contribution in the society is affecting your Mental Health. We can help people heal & pray they respond positively.
This is not about me or her. It is about Humanity. It will be hypocritical of me as a proponent of #MentalHealthAwareness and #GenerationEquality to ostracize anyone however erratic they may be. It is a price we pay for leadership. Will Jesus do this differently? 🤔
Forgiving people need not mean the potency of the consequences of their actions have paled. This is not within the control of the violated/survivor of defamation, campaign of calumny and disinformation. Many people you know are battling with the fallout of this now.
Jesus Christ still went ahead to save those who chose Barabbas over him and crucified Him. It is difficult to use logic alone in leadership. Some things don’t add up but favor is not fair. My spirit aligns with forgiveness and so does my Mental Health.
