Devin Nunes, Jim Jordan and Michael T. McCaul layout their case to support Trump's position of innocence. They don't mention Paul Manafort, Dmitro Firtash, the Fraud Guarantee gang or use the term "#Fuckery" once. republicans-oversight.house.gov/wp-content/upl…

The Dems take 300 pages to point out that obstruction of justice is a real crime, toss in some history and lays the ground work for a very polarized election in which Rule of Law vs Unitary Executive Theory will be tested. theatlantic.com/national/archi…
Schiff makes the succinct point that Trump and Mulvaney were literally begging for impeachment and now they have it. He ends with a Ben Franklin quote on a monarchy vs a republic..."if you can keep it"...but I like this one better: “Pardoning the Bad, is injuring the Good.”
Trump (and other President's) have often tried to used Presidential power to hide misdeeds not to advance freedom or reduce burdensome laws. Perhaps from all this will come a better understanding of why leaders need to meet certain standards just like the people they serve.
Schiff uses a good quote; “cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.” - George Washington
