The House Intel Committee Impeachment Report details the many documents the WH and administration refused to provide to the committee. Starting on page 217

2/ Not a single document was produced by the White House, Office of VP, OMB, State Department, Pentagon and Department of Energy "in response to 71 specific, individualized requests or demands for records in their possession, custody, or control."

3/ These include:

* "briefing materials for President Trump’s call with President Zelensky on July 25 prepared
by Lt. Col. Alexander S. Vindman" of NSC;
* notes relating to the July 25 call taken by Vindman and NSC's Tim Morrison;

4/ * the August 15 “Presidential decision memo” prepared by Vindman/approved by Morrison conveying “the consensus views from the entire deputies small group”
that “the security assistance be released”;

* NSC staff summaries of conclusions from meetings relating to Ukraine;

5/ * call records between POTUS and Ambassador to EU Gordon Sondland;

* NSC Legal Advisor John Eisenberg’s notes and correspondence relating to discussions with Vindman regarding the July 10 meetings in which Sondland requested investigations in exchange for a WH
meeting;

6/ * the memorandum of conversation from POTUS meeting in NYC with President Zelensky on September 25;

* emails & other messages between Sondland and
sr WH officials, including Acting Chief of Staff Mulvaney, Sr Advisor to the Chief of Staff Blair, then-NSA Bolton, et al

7/ * the WH records review of the hold on military assistance which, per the WaPo, “turned up hundreds of documents that reveal extensive efforts to generate an after-the-fact justification for the decision and a debate over whether the delay was legal";

8/ * notes taken by Jennifer Williams, Special Advisor to the VP, during the call between POTUS and Zelensky on July 25;
* notes taken by Lt. Gen. Keith Kellogg, National Security Advisor to VP, about that call;

9/ * materials regarding the July 25 call that were placed in the VP’s briefing book that same day;
* the memorandum of conversation from VP Pence’s call with Zelensky on September 18;
* briefing materials prepared for VP's meeting with Zelensky September 1 in Warsaw, Poland;

10/ * a June 19 email from OMB Assoc. Dir. of National Security Programs Duffey to DOD Deputy Comptroller McCusker re the fact that POTUS "had seen a media report and he had questions about the assistance” and
expressing “interest in getting more information" from DOD;

11/ *a July 12 email from Blair to Duffey explaining that the “President is directing a hold on military support for Ukraine” and not mentioning any other country or
security assistance package;

12/ • an August 7 memorandum drafted in preparation for Acting OMB Director Vought’s attendance at a Principals Committee meeting on Ukrainian security assistance, which
included a recommendation to lift the military assistance hold;

13/ * a cable on August 29 from Bill Taylor, top diplomat at US Embassy In Ukraine sent directly to Secretary of State Pompeo “describing the folly I saw in withholding military aid to Ukraine" & telling Pompeo he "could not and would not defend such a policy”;

14/ * notes and memoranda to file from Deputy Assistant Secretary of State George Kent;
* Taylor’s notebook in which he would “take notes on conversations, in particular when...not in the office,” such as meetings with Ukrainians & his “spiral notebook” of calls in office;

15/ * emails among Acting Assistant Secretary of State Philip Reeker; Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs David Hale; and others regarding the unsuccessful effort to issue a public statement in support of Ambassador Yovanovitch;

16/ I could go on, but you get the point.
