Let's look at it this way. The GOP's star witness on impeachment @JonathanTurley, according to his own op-ed on Area 51, has experience getting information from Moscow if he wants it.
And Moscow is apparently all to happy to provide it.
This impeachment hearing is not the place to debate what's going on in the U.S. top secret Area 51, but why would an American "go as far as Moscow to find images to prove the existence of the base."?
And that's who is the star witness for @realDonaldTrump?

As explained by Judge John T. Noonan, Jr. in his articles and in his 1986 book BRIBES, Warren Hastings was guilty of bribery as well as cruel administration of India for the profit of himself and the East India Company. The Lords acquitted. So what?
It is amazing that defenders of @realDonaldTrump point to the acquittal by the Lords of Warren Hastings in his 1787 impeachment trial for bribery. The evidence is that he was guilty. Great Britain's exploitation and corruption in India continued for over another century.
We had the American Revolution for a reason. British colonial rulers were CORRUPT. Now Trump's defenders use the failed 1787 impeachment trial of Warren Hastings-- the most corrupt of them all-- to justify Trump.
The Senate wants to act like the Lords did in 1787? Sack them all!

#UNResolution194 does NOT provide a "right to return" for a number of reasons.

First of all, it is not international law. It is a General Assembly resolution. That's sort of basic.
@amnesty Secondly, the word "right" was deliberately excluded from the resolution - because there is no such right.

It only says "refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbours should be permitted to do so..."
@amnesty If it was a "right" it would apply whether they want to live in peace with Israel or not.

And, of course, most of them are not interested in living at peace in a Jewish state, which they reject.

On this day in 1961: Adolf Eichmann is sentenced to death for war crimes in Israel.

Charged with managing and facilitating the mass deportation of Jews to ghettos and killing centers in the German-occupied East, he was among the major organizers of the Holocaust.
At the end of the war, Eichmann was captured by US forces and spent time in several camps for SS officers using forged papers that identified him as "Otto Eckmann". He escaped from a work detail at Cham, Germany when he realized that his actual identity had been discovered.
He obtained new identity papers with the name of "Otto Heninger" and relocated frequently over the next several months, moving ultimately to the Lüneburg Heath.
