I was walking back from the supermarket the other day - weekly shop, lots of bags - and realised I knew how to write a section. It just clicked and all the right words were suddenly right there.
Had to basically run to the house, throw the bags down and get it done. By the time I got my head up again three hours has passed and the frozen food was ruined.
