Reinvigorate the State
For too long the UK has let the State stand aside and just incentivise markets to fix problems, which fails.
Mass nationalisation is not the only alternativ. State housing or running railways is normal for countries.

All the Opposition parties are internationalist. So agree on what that means. Closeness to the EU, trade, security - plenty of common ground to build a vision from.

Rebuild NHS
A "no brainer". Scrap the broad platitudes and generic promises. Create a set of policies from funding to structures, and make them the standard.
All opposition parties see the NHS under threat, and voters care.
