It is likely the call from HPSCI ranking member Devin Nunes to disband the FISC has rattled some nerves.

It is also evidence from Collyer's writing the prior notifications to the FISC -on this issue- were understated when contrast against the fulsome account within the IG report of Dec 9th.

Collyer initially responded to the DOJ/FBI on Dec. 5th, based on her review of their advance notification of *issues*.

It's interesting Judge Collyer is telling ODNI (given current status AG Bill Barr) directly to declassify her response of December 5th because she is going to make it public.

You cannot look at this Collyer *order* in the abstract without overlaying the history. Goodlatte and Nunes warned Collyer of the strong possibility the FISC was lied to.

Collyer (judicial) responded to Nunes and Goodlatte (legislative) by saying they needed to *trust* the executive branch.... as does she. 
That entire outlook just blew up as a result of the IG report demonstrating the lies, fraud and misconduct of the executive under Obama and a corrupt intelligence system.
