And Democrats and Republicans are equally prone to discriminate against the other in the workplace. They're both apt to toss out the resume of a qualified candidate if it reveals the candidate to be aligned with the opposing party.
The study is here: pcl.stanford.edu/research/2015/…. They tested CVs with only one change: On "extracurricular activities," they added "President of the Young Republicans" or "President of the Young Democrats." The candidates were otherwise identical.
