Shana is such a good "friend" of MJ that she is actively making up damaging lies, like that his Estate paid Jordan not to talk in 2005.

1) The Estate didn't even exist in 2005. It was established after MJ's death.
2) Jordan was not paid not to testify in 2005. His settlement was about the civil case, it did not and could not prohibit him testifying at any time at a criminal trial, including in 2005.
In fact, the settlement itself contains instructions that Jordan can testify in court, only he needs to inform MJ's lawyers in advance whenever he plans to do it (which is standard).
The fact is that the FBI contacted Jordan in 2004 in New York (where he studied at the time), asking him to testify. Jordan categorically dismissed it, stating he would "legally fight" any attempt to make him testify. MJ or his (non-existing) Estate had nothing to do with it.
In MJ's lawsuit against Victor Gutierrez, it was VG who tried to get Jordan testify for him, but once again Jordan declined, distancing himself from VG and his book and also from the disgruntled ex-employees cited in VG's book.
And here Shana embraces every hater argument under the sun: shady ass Carl Douglas's vague comments, as well as she talks about Sneddon's claims in his 2005 motion as if they are facts, not just the biased statements of a biased prosecutor.
