I ran out of meds before my exam and didn't have any for a few days.

Allowed me get a VERY clear idea of exactly how meds help me.

- Meds help me focus for longer. We are naturally distractable making it hard to sustain focus but meds cut through the distractability.
- Meds help me jump into tasks faster. No need to wait for time constraint or psych myself up.

- Meds help me remember better. I learn by connecting new info to older info for easy recall. Meds allowed me to join the dots easier.

- Meds clear up my mind fog completely.
- Meds totally cuts through my anxiety. It doesn't make me more confident but rather supresses my self doubt and anxious automatic thoughts.

- Meds cut through that constant static noise in my head. Without meds I need some background noise or I can't think at all.
