Reminded me that Ed Schultz (RIP) also found his way onto RT post 2016, playing a similar role of "straight talking white populist guy" who also happened to be very comfortable mouthing pro-Russia talking points.
What I love about RT, is that they don't even pretend to be anything other than an agent of disinformational chaos. Question everything...but don't ask questions about the things we don't choose to question.

Editor at The Federalist is very concerned about bias in the media.
I think the key phrase here might be "pretends to be fair." I suspect in his own defense this person would say that they do not hide their biases, therefore they are being honest with their listeners.
Figured this would be as good a place as any to re-up this embarrassing episode in my long-running relationship with The Federalist.

Even Fox News has come to find her too extreme to have on air lately. That tells you something about the sorts of people Thiel and Kobach are trying to reach by hosting an event with her as headliner.
Worth noting that the sort of racist who attends a "lavish Manhattan fundraiser" like this is not the caricature of the "toothless hick" that pops into the heads of most white Americans. This is the sort of racist who wears $$$ clothes, drives a $$$ car, & went to private school.

I would still be without food if not for an Angel from a different city delivering me some. My pets are still without their normal pet food. It took me 2 days after no food for 8 to feel somewhat normal. Lack of nutrients to the muscles & oxygen due to emphysema! #Minnesota #VAW

I think the fact that they put this "argument" in the mouth of Lisa's character, the character who usually champions the underdogs and is supposed to be the most thoughtful and liberal, is what makes this the most ridiculous (as in worthy of ridicule) and toothless response.
My friend @harikondabolu made a beautiful & powerful film. It took guts to do it. He knew he was going after a sacred cow. (Pun intended.) He knew many people would just watch the trailer or see the poster or just hear the title & immediately just hate on it & him.
