Be prepared to say the same thing over and over and over again, if you actually want to impart change. The recent appreciation of healthier, happier, calmer companies is a product of repetition. Change happens slowly, then all at once.
The people most perturbed by a repeating message of change are those least interested in seeing change take hold.
The challenge is to stay maladjusted while people keep telling you to be quiet and get in line. When every call to marginally improve society is dismissed as either unrealistic or an infringement upon people’s right and choice to be exploited.
