I think your articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump are invalid. The conclusion reached by the H.O.R. are not based on factual evidence. The testimonies given were based on hearsay, opinions, and feelings.

Article 1: Abuse of power(pressuring foreign government to interfere with future election). The phone call of which these allegations arose from, do not reflect criminal activity. Transcript between the POTUS and the President of Ukraine shows no quid pro quo
The president of Ukraine has made a statement that POTUS did not pressure him or ask him to do anything criminal. Testimonies given of this phone call were NOT based on first hand knowledge. The transcript, in no way, points to evidence of “quid pro quo” or intimidation.
The withholding of military aid was UNKNOWN to Ukraine, and upon further investigation, does not support OPINIONS of withholding aid as “quid pro quo”
Article 2: Obstruction of Congress (refusing subpoena). The POTUS and other members of the executive branch has the executive privilege to deny a subpoena that may impair governmental functions.
The Supreme Court has ruled that executive privilege and congressional oversight each are a consequence of the doctrine of the separation of powers, derived from the supremacy of each branch in its own area of Constitutional activity.
Thus, you must make “sufficient showing” that the “presidential material” is essential to the justice of the case.
