* PsB in pleural and pericardial effusions are usually seen in malignant effusions - thyroid, ovary, lung etc.

MGG stain better demonstrates the peripheral condensed cytoplasm (black arrow) and the frizzy outlines due to microvilli (red arrow). Notice that nucleus is regular.
