repeatedly calling my family since the day the RO expired to try to find me, telling them I was of following him around town in a big black SUV trying to hurt him - when I wasn't even in the state; saying (or threatening?) that I'm dead?

They're all being logged and monitored.

And if he's doing it with anyone else's encouragement, that's not just cyberstalking - it's RICO.

Intimidating informants in a federal investigation typically is not looked upon favorably.

Plus, aside from stalking, I still don't believe there's any SOL on attempted murder, even in Florida, and that written confession is now in the official case docket.

And - bonus - I won't need to apply to renew the restraining order if he's already in prison.

( For the rest of you who wonder why I do this, this is a contributing factor.

And this is the kind of shit I have to deal with on a regular basis - especially a day or two after I drop something big.

And I wasn't going to do this, but... I do need new tires in case I need to make a quick getaway, so... what the hell?
