The BGS are the public body responsible for monitoring Seismicity issues!!
FOI: The confidentiality agreement required @BritGeoSurvey to ‘destroy’all information relating to the TLS at @CuadrillaUK ‘request’

Furthermore to ‘not disclose or make available’ the information relating to the ‘seismic Traffic Light System’

Competence is knowing what to do in a situation and how to do it. It is not the same as excellence.
Excellence is dependent on other people, like judges, examiners, teachers, assessors, inspectors, auditors. But we can't control these people and whether they think we're excellent or not.
