they hired a few new people at my job. normally its mixed men and women but they hired a lot of guys. for the first time since ive been there a shift happened to be all male and literally within fifteen minutes we were discussing if the moon landing actually took place

new guy way younger than me also said hes “not sold” on dinosaurs and asked our boss if he thought global warming was real. i already put my two weeks in so im just gonna try and get him as woke as possible before i bounce.
me: so... you seem skeptical of certain things like, in general. how did you get turned on to that kind of thing

in high school i built a pc to game. the crew i was playing with had moved on to a new game and i was amped to join in but when i tried to install it it didnt work and EA released a statement that it just didnt work on some computers for no reason. after that i just gave it up.
i will say it sucks that it seems like most online multiplayer FPS games have done away with the two of their coolest components that were stable servers and mods. finding a cool server to hang on and getting to know people there was one of the parts that intially made it fun.
also (idk if everyone knows this or not) but it use to be the case that games were freely modable. that may still be case but seems like its a lot more closed off. used to be if you bought game X there would tons of free mods that you could just download that were different games

i print this type of print here at my spot (as opposed to getting things commercially printed) so im only gonna do a set number. first run was like 40, im set up to do another 40 again
usually when people do runs of prints its like a set number, like only 50 or 100 or something. i would do that and may in the future but since the whole point of my operation is getting the theological visual vibe out there, seemed counterproductive to set a hard limit

when you look at someone like this woman and hear them talk about this stuff you have to realize you are looking at someone who desperately wants to believe in the supernatural, more than anything else, but cannot because of her conception of intellectualism. u can feel the pain
these extreme academics who are often “successful” in their fields put a huge amount of effort into puncturing the wall of (their false conception of) “rationality” that separates them from participating in the non-physical (got my phd in 1800s occultism... hello...? come on)
this is a very common archetype that is rarely discussed. these people who desperately want to believe in anything but cant will lash out at anyone who has what they want. there is extreme cognitive dissonance of seeing those who believe as lesser idiots but they REALLY want it
