Illegally provided $900M in illegal tax credits to the 'investors'.

Maybe that was the point. Once again we see a major case being busted by the FDIC IG who investigates bank failures that tax payers get stuck holding the bag from.

Once you see it, you detect the obvious things that reporters miss in their own articles.

Why would Jared Kushner's FBI 302's be classified? Seriously enough to ignore a judge's order to release it by 1/17.

Well we don't know because the Justice Dept only cites a "member of the intelligence community".

What 'sources & methods' are they protecting? Wanna bet that the source is Jared Kushner?
It may be a mystery to a CNN reporter like @kpolantz but those of us who have covered the fact that the Trump Organization has been an FBI & intelligence agency honey trap can figure it out.

Joseph Mora, a federal government employee at Camp Mabry, was charged with stealing and then illegally selling over $1 million worth of sensitive military equipment on EBay and other places.

Mora was a Program Analyst at the US Property & Fiscal Office.

He stole & resold sensitive equipment such as:

- Rifle scopes

- Infrared laser aiming devices

- Thermal night vision goggles

- Aiming lights

During a raid, he was found w/ some of the items in his possession.
Looks like they're catching a bunch of people stealing & reselling military goods.

Jared Kent Nucci & Jose Manuel Ortiz-Rivera were charged with stealing US Military property from Fort Bragg that they then illegally sold it using Ebay and other methods.
