X : Have you thought about building a business again?
Me : Oh, you mean get back into the fight, unleash those dogs? My purpose at the moment is to teach, to enable mapping to grow and to release people from hordes of consultants that enslave us by building an army of mappers ...

... I'm getting there, building a worldwide movement on a shoestring. It's still small but growing.
X : And after?
Me : When it has been adopted enough, when the pieces are in place then I'll refocus on Government.

X : Why Gov?
Me : It's not because I think Gov is more broken than business - it's not. However, Gov is key to long term prosperity of society - that's a purpose I believe in. It's an area that I view situational awareness to be critical for.

X : Why not now?
Me : With "better for less" I was able to implant the seed of situational awareness and maps in Gov from nothing at all. Today, even the Police and NHS are slowly finding use in my forms of maps but this is a long game ...

... there has always been a symbiotic relationship between Gov & Biz, so I have needed to encourage maps to grow within both and furthermore in academia to support it. In the past it was too easy to dismiss maps hence I needed to use a slow infiltration.

Had I realised the lack of awareness prior to helping write 'Better for Less' then I might have played the game differently. However, we are where we are. A slow buildup across both business and Gov.
