There comes a point in your personal development where people will start telling you that you should stop being publicly honest about your self-assessment, for reasons ranging from “it’ll make people feel bad” to “it’ll come across as bragging”
There are lots of ways of framing this, but a particularly fun one to consider is “you should be dishonest in order to protect other people’s feelings as well as your brand image”
