The previous OAP budget was said to be

Despite @MacLeodLisa’s new program being “launched” in April 2019, money didn’t start to flow until late June.
Over the next 6 months, with @fordnation claiming the budget was $600 million, only 3983 Childhood Budgets went out.
So ~650 cheques were going out each month on average.
From an FOI, we have the age breakdown of the kids as of Mar 31, 2019.
~1/3 of kids fall into the 20k group.
~2/3 of kids fall into the 5k group.
That works out to an average Childhood Budget spend of 10k/child.

That means that in the 2019 portion of the current fiscal year, under @ToddSmithPC’s leadership, @ONgov has only spent ~$40 million on Childhood budgets.
