#1: This isn't an #Israeli-#Palestinian #peace plan, it's a U.S.-Israel conflict management/unilateral annexation plan. At moment, there is ZERO buy-in from Palestinians (who are unifying around the anti-plan pole) or regional partners (apart from an Egyptian "read carefully")
#2:Settlements - Actually this is Oslo+++. 97% of settlers in 4 blocs absorbed with some ambiguous by-pass road. 3% of settlers (including some of most radical 15 settlements) surrounded by Palestinian enclaves. Settler movement won't allow. How much Area C leftover, no idea.
#3:There is no united Jerusalem, this is convenient code-switching to call East Jerusalem Palestinian capitol "Al Quds" but this is basically same as Oslo, except Abu Dis etc is now behind the separation barrier and ringed in by Jerusalem settlements that didn't exist in 1990s
#4:Most shocking bit: Possibility of POPULATED land swaps, including "triangle" of Palestinian-Israeli communities to State of Palestine -- this could effectively be transfer or ethnic cleansing
#5: Palestinian enclaves in midst of contiguous Israeli settlement blocs (I think given citizenship in Area C?) and Israeli settlers in enclaves within Palestinian territory
#6:People of all faiths (including Jews) allowed worship on Temple Mount/Haram al-Sharif, major change to 1967 holy sites status quo if recognizes what is already happening daily de facto
#7:No need for Israel to recognize Palestinian state or for USA to release aid plans unless some kind of regime change in Gaza that no only disarms HAMAS but seems to remove from power entirely. Also IDF kidnapped soldiers/remains must be returned.
#8:Linkage of Jewish and Palestinian refugee crises. NO right of return of Palestinians to Israel at all, only up to 50,000 (over 10 yrs) to Palestine or other "refugee-settlement" program nations. Some kind of reparations mechanisms for both Palestinian and Jewish refugees.
#9: Call on Palestinian Authority to freeze ICC case on Israel and also suspend payments to terrorist families. Prisoner exchange.
#10: Green light to Israel to annex Jordan Valley rift and patrol airspace West of Jordan Valley. Also other regional security and economic arrangements...
BONUS (#11): Without seeing detailed map, we still have no idea if/where a future State of Palestine could emerge (Area A+B+ what part of Area C?) and how much of Area C annexed to territorial Israel. Bibi also refused to say anything about Palestinian State so this may be moot.
