That O'Reilly interview, BTW, looks so bonkers now in hindsight. We get Benghazi, the IRS "scandal," and a letter from a random citizen asking Obama why he wants to totally transform America.
Note that this was February 2014, long before Trump was even a glimmer in the GOP's eye...and O'Reilly uses the Super Bowl interview to further every single, dumbass right wing conspiracy theory about Obama. He was *this close* to demanding Obama's birth certificate.

The streets of Salem, OR are going to be almost entirely shut down on Thursday by about 1000 logging trucks coming to protest Oregon's climate change bill. They did this last summer as well, when they were joined by right wing militia members, like the owner of this car.
To follow the logic here, protestors on foot who disrupt traffic deserve to be run down. Protestors in enormous trucks who disrupt traffic, are cool cool, because timber and patriotism.

If we lose the capacity as a nation to distinguish between spin and outright fabrication, then we're in a world of hurt. Cherry picking evidence is annoying but old hat...telling outright, easily falsifiable lies and being applauded for it is something else entirely.

@STUinSD @realDonaldTrump 2/ Trump has still not released his tax returns, breaking a 40-year presidential tradition that first began with President Richard Nixon. And judging by recent comments from his administration, it's safe to assume that they won't be released anytime soon.
@STUinSD @realDonaldTrump 3/ So what will happen if Trump, does not release his tax returns? Legally, nothing. Though "most" presidents and "most" presidential candidates have "chosen" to release their tax returns for the sake of financial transparency, there is no legal obligation to do so.
