Short rant: Really wish idiotic laws limiting Sudafed purchases for households full of law-abiding allergy sufferers like the one here in TX was nixed. Responsible people are tired of being punished for the crimes of illicit drug manufacturing meth heads.
I began adding “HI, NOT MAKING METH” by my name when signing the form. I blame the mountain cedar.
Since my sinus surgery it’s been loads better and life changing, but sadly the kids and Chris get cedar fever and I keep expecting us to appear on an episode of “Cops” where the state busts in and we’re all just sitting here with kleenex and neti pots.
(Also, if anyone has ever thought about sinus surgery, it is life changing, for real. I had no idea that I was actually so hindered in that way until afterwards. Years of sinus infections reduced airflow on one side to less than 30%!)
Related, I underwent an allergy test right after surgery to treat all of this and it’s easier to say what I’m not allergic to than otherwise. Am also severely allergic to cats, so the dislike is physical as well as emotional.
