After 41% of Precincts reporting, Green Papers have the Delegate count at:

Sanders 10
Buttigieg 10
Warren 4

17 of 41 soft delegates remain to be allocated (non Est Dem SuperDelegates)

Green Papers count will become definitive in next few days.

#Bernie looking for some way to again claim that the white male system that has kept him in office for 40yrs is in fact rigged against him, not against women and POC.
If people love your message, you can't hold them back. Yet Sanders lost in a landslide of 4M votes in 2016.
Maybe the fact is what works for Vermont--America's whitest and 2nd least populous state with only 620k people--doesn't work for the country, which is 40 percent POC and eager for a fresh new vision for the nation. Maybe that is Bernie's real problem. Not the press.
