This is just blatantly untrue. Sanders has released more health records than nearly all of his contemporaries –– three different physician summary letters. (thread documenting)
Here are those three physician summary letters, including a long and detailed overview of his full medical history from Sanders' (78) primary care physician.
Joe Biden (77) released, no not his full "medical records going back decades," but rather a detailed three-page summary letter from his primary care physician.
Elizabeth Warren (70) released, no not her full "medical records going back decades," but rather a brief summary letter from her primary care physician and several pages of results from a routine blood panel (the kind you'd expect from a yearly physical).
Hillary Clinton released (then 68), no not her full "medical records going back decades," but rather a two-page summary letter from her primary care physician in July 2015, and then a two-page update from the same physician following her pneumonia scare and collapse in Sep. 2016.
Michael Bloomberg (77) released, no not his "full medical records going back decades," but rather a brief one-page summary letter from his primary care physician.
Donald Trump (then 70) released, no not his "full medical records going back decades," but rather a brief one-page letter from his primary care physician, and a dubious one-page update that his doctor later disavowed as "dictated" by Trump. npr.org/sections/thetw…
John McCain (then 71) released, no not his "full medical records going back decades," but rather allowed a small group of reporters to privately view 8-years of records (400 pages, excluding 1000+) for 3 hours and a 90-min call with his PCP, after delays. latimes.com/archives/la-xp…
Because I still see some bluechecks claiming a doctor's note is 'Trumpian,' a few more for good measure:

Barack Obama (a smoker –– then 46) released, no not his "full medical records going back decades," but rather a brief one-page summary letter from his primary care physician.
John Kerry (then 60) released, no not his "full medical records going back decades," but rather allowed a handful of reporters 30-minutes to view a 36-page file he'd omitted from his military file. He made more public in *2005.
