OK, so the answer was 10,8 million, with the highest individual show ratings in 1975 (that I'm aware of) going to the first of two Harold Wilson and Margaret Thatcher 'Talk-ins'. They managed 12.4 million.

And they sound...just dreadful.

So another question...
Some people apparently have had a weird thing of looking at treaty changes to establish if Jean Monnet was trying to hide his plans for a United States of Europe.
Other, like me, use a more scientific approach of referring to the huge press conference Monnet called on the 20th anniversary of VE day to announce the publishing of his blueprint for a United States of Europe to the whole world.
This leads us to the opinion it wasn't a secret.
Obviously, I'm not saying which method is right, and I'll leave the for you to decide, but my question is related to the person on the left of the picture.
Monnet is in the centre of the picture and Willie Brandt is on Monnet's left, but who is to his right?
