True story: In 2000, when I was "going through some things," I did a three-day tryout to be an editor (!) at Bloomberg's then-newsroom in Princeton. I was horrified. I could tell people were afraid to leave their desks to go to the bathroom. And... 1/3
...there was a free lunchroom, but it seemed to ensure that no one left the premises. (I was offered the job and would have made more $$$, but in "Someone Saved My Life Tonight" mode I turned it down.) The point being... 2/3
...this kind of inhuman, soulless drive for a kind of win-at-all-costs yet empty capitalism is what defines the man, his business, and would probably define his presidency. I'd urge Democrats to think long and hard about the implications before they vote in the primaries 3/3
