2/ Yesterday, Nigeria's Prez. @MBuhari & his Chief of @HQNigerianArmy Staff, #TukurBuratai, in their statements subtly disclosed they are aware of the root causes of Nigeria's broken internal security architecture, that has degenerated in #MassKillings by TERRORISTS & BANDITS.
3/ In an interview with @THISDAYLIVE @ARISEtv & @thecableng, #TukurBuratai disclosed that his principal @MBuhari knows how to end the madness by BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS & BANDITS, across Northern & Southern Nigeria, arguing that sacking #ServiceChiefs won't end the #MassKillings.
4/ @MBuhari who have expressed SHOCK at why CRIMINALS continue to wreak havoc across Nigeria, yesterday, went further in BLAMING community leaders in Borno. By that statement, Mr. Prez. has categorically BLAMED every other Nigerian community leaders but himself for INSECURITY.

6/ INSECURITY IN THE NORTH: Among other things such as #Poverty, #Illiteracy, #AgelongIndoctrination, #ReligiousExtremism, and #Corruption, one root cause of INSECURITY in Northern Nigeria is UNPOLICED LARGE LANDMASS. This is why B-HARAM & BANDITS occupy territories there.

8/ The above list of @PoliceNG CPs posted to Nigeria's 36 States, including FCT, Abuja, show that Northernerns make up the majority. These Northernerns who do not know the Customs, Traditions & Languages of Southern Communities are posted there. This breeds MUTUAL DISTRUST.
9/ For instance, Nnia Nwodo, President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, raised this pertinent issue as CAUSE of DISTRUST between the POLICE & South-East Communities, at the South East Geo-political Security Summit, initiated by the Inspector General of @PoliceNG, Mohammed Abubakar.
10/ From the above, to FIX Nigeria's Broken Internal Security Architecture:
- Restructure Nigeria via a NEW CONSTITUTION
- Like U.S., Decentralise @PoliceNG into 37 Independent State Police, 774 Independent Local Police Departments, to be solely funded by States & Local Councils
