Learn how to Easily Implement the 2020 Social Media Content Calendar That'll Generate Sales In any Business
A THREAD
If we were to breakdown the entire year in terms of number of weeks, there are 52 weeks in a year. What this means is that there are…
52 Mondays
52 Tuesdays
53 Wednesdays
53 Thursdays
52 Fridays
52 Saturdays and
53 Sundays in 2020
I’ll show you how I successfully themed Monday to Sunday and then I’ll tell you why you need to theme the days.
Let’s start with Monday.
It’s a slogan that was circulated on social media platforms, under the hashtag #mondaymotivation. The idea is to post positive messages on a Monday, with the aim to inspire productivity because of the widely known “Monday blues” phenomena
A typical Monday Motivation post consists of motivational and inspirational quotes such as:
- Failure will never overtake me if my determination to succeed is strong;
- Good, better, best, never let it rest. Til your good is better and your better best
If your business is Real Estate,
Good examples of Real Estate quotes include…
1. If you don’t own a home, buy one. If you own one, buy another one. If you own two, buy a third
3. Land monopoly is not the only monopoly but it is by far the greatest of monopolies.
Maybe yours is the legal profession, there are legal quotes too,
- Without law, men are beasts;
- Behind every argument is someone’s ignorance;
- The safety of people shall be the highest law.
Is yours hair care? I’ve got some for you as well:
1. Good hair cannot stay home on a Monday;
2. Too much Monday, not enough hair spray.
I bet your next question will be “So, where do I get these quotes?
Simple, GOOGLE it.
Now, let’s find out why you should theme the days of the week
Did you know generating 52 pieces of content for Monday automatically addresses the issue of consistency?
Because you are posting content that is not only different from the usual “buy my stuff” posts,
With the shift, the perception your customers and potential buyers have about you and your business is heightened.
On Tuesday, we focus more on educating your audience about the products and services that you sell. Beyond that, you can also demonstrate how it works, and show the different ways these products and services should be used if they do decide to make a purchase.
By giving tips about your products and/or services, you will be perceived to have better access to special or inside sources about whatever it is you’re promoting online.
Envision themselves as customers, even without buying anything;
Build trust and seek to start conversations with you about what you are promoting online;
So let’s get into the details of how to use this for your business, no matter what you sell.
I’ll use 3 different industries to demonstrate this.
- 5 Steps for writing ad copies that won’t get disapproved;
- 3 major steps to consider when designing graphics for Facebook ads
-Exfoliating with Sugar versus exfoliating with Salt;
- Sunscreen for dark skin. Yes or No;
- Why everyone needs a 5 step facial regimen
And again, you might ask, how do I come up with these tips?
Just go to google.com and type in "Tips for skin care”
Browse through search results for content to summarise and post on social media.
To make your page more creative and fun, you can use GIFs and videos.
I like to call it #JokeWednesday.

Friday is for getting to know your audience better. The best way to engage them is by asking questions. I themed the day…
FeedbackFriday or FridayQuestions
