Thread - #jobsearch perspective - as an experienced Recruiter I would guesstimate there is an 85% chance that no matter what you do or did during the application and/or interviews you won't get the job. Take comfort & confidence in this. Don't beat yourself up or pity yourself
Start with your resume & application. In my experience if you just apply blindly to a company in which you don't know anyone & didnt network your way into being invited to apply, your chances of being interviewed are slim no matter what you do. The reason for this are as follows:
1st let me add some perspective & context. In my experience the employers & jobs that actually interview u "blindly" not knowing u at all/no connection/no referral from friends etc & especially those that hire u after that, u don't want those jobs or employers anyway! Trust me!

This all started because the #MetPolice & #LBRUT couldn't do their day jobs properly & decided to take the law into their own hands. It started as a small cover up 12 years ago but has turned into British State Persecution.

My company was raided. It should have been a straightforward matter. But the #MetPolice & #LBRUT forgot to seize my computer & came back to do a 2nd raid. The search warrant didn't permit a second entry, however, #LBRUT entered unlawfully

Complaints were then made to my MP #VinceCable. He liaised with the #Metpolice & #LBRUT. And then weeks later, the search warrant was completely changed & was passed off as the search warrant executed on the day of the raids.

The #1 question I got this weekend was β€œWhat can I do with a PSYC degree?” I have general and specific answers to this question. THREAD πŸ‘‡[1/13]
