NBC News: Attorneys for convicted felon Roger Stone have filed a motion tonight to disqualify the judge in his case.

They say her statements about jurors at his sentencing indicate the judge can't be impartial in considering whether a juror served on his case improperly.
MORE: Stone's attorneys say because Judge Amy Berman Jackson said the jurors served with "integrity", it "indicates an inability to reserve judgement on an issue that has yet been heard."

Stone's attorneys are referring to his motion for a new trial citing a juror's statements.
