WAIT. Velencia Cyclery owner opposes protect bike lanes on Valencia? Wtf? Also I guess we’ll be buying Milo’s new bike elsewhere.
Did some poking around and evidently his opposition to protected bike lanes (and car free) is long standing and well documented. Very disappointing. Customers should (nicely) keep up the lobbying and also spend their money elsewhere if he doesn’t change his mind.
Also...his shop is a block from a public lot. So yeah, people with kids and broken bikes can get them too and from with a car. sf.streetsblog.org/2020/02/21/bik…
Also there are so many schools on or just off Valencia. So many kids could ride to school if it had protected bike lanes.

The question I would love debate moderators to ask is:

Which of your signature proposals would you try and pass first and why, with an emphasis on *strategically* why it is the one to start with.

And which is the next one if you win that fight. Ditto lose.
Presidents typically get to pass one or two signature proposals per term, so is it healthcare, climate, student debt, taxes, voting rights that should go first.

The answers would be so interesting!
Why don't they get asked questions like this ever? B/c not positioned as a fight with other candidates. But I think this would reveal more about their leadership style and strategic thinking than most questions they *are* asked.

Don't mean jack if you can't get it passed.

@YouGovUS We had YouGov ask over 2,000 Democratic voters to rank all the 2020 candidates over the past month. We used those responses to simulate ranked-choice voting in the primary.

How does RCV work, you ask? Just a reminder....
@YouGovUS 0. Count up all the ballots
1. Did someone win a majority of the vote? If yes, they win. If not....
2. Anyone who listed the last-place candidate gets their votes redistributed to their next-ranked option.
3. Re-tally the votes and repeat 1-2 until someone gets a majority.

If Success Rate is 0.5 and Reward Risk 2, Then

Expectancy = 2 x 0.5 =1

For Making Profit, Expectancy Should Be Positive Number (2/n)
To Calculate Expectancy, You Need Defined System With Rules To Get Success Rate and Reward Risk. If You Have No System To Take Decisions, You Are Hanging In Thin Air and Will Never No Whether You Will Keep Making Or Loosing Money In Future (3/n)
