Interesting article explaining why Corona virus is likely to spread widely enough that most of us will get it. Virus is deadly, but not too deadly, and that makes it far more dangerous than viruses that kill in greater numbers.

Viruses that sicken people dramatically & kill high percentages of them - like SARS - are more easily contained because sick people are easily identified & too sick to go spread the virus.

Corona virus, tho, can be mild in some people, causing no symptoms, yet kill others.
Danger is many infected people will not be identified & won't stay home. Corona kills about 2% of victims, which seems low, but if it infects millions, that's a lot of deaths.

Some scientists believe Corona is not containable & will become a virus that recurs like flu annually.

Democracy is literally falling & media has normalized it so much that most Americans have no idea what's happening.

We are following the trajectory of every democracy that fell to dictatorship. No one is stopping it. We are not marching in the streets.
IT CAN HAPPEN HERE. IT IS HAPPENING HERE.

I don't know what to do anymore. I'm scared. I know many of us are.

I believe massive SUSTAINED protest could have a major effect in waking up the rest of the country, but I fear it's not going to happen spontaneously. Who will lead us?

Some of you believe the "fair" thing is for all DEM candidates to agree whoever gets most delegates pre-convention - even if not enough to be declared nominee automatically - should be given the nomination.

On the surface, that does indeed sound very fair. Here's why it's not...
We have multiple candidates running. Only two are "progressive" & one more so than the other. What's going to happen is the far-left vote is going to go to Bernie, while the other half-dozen candidates are going to split the "moderate" vote.
If we had 2 candidates - Bernie vs. "Moderate," it would indeed be fair. In fact, one would get enough delegates to make this a non-issue.

If Bernie gets most delegates pre-Convention, it doesn't mean majority of DEMS want him. It means majority couldn't decide which moderate.

Why, why, why would they do this? Do they WANT to kickstart a Coronavirus pandemic in the US?

This is inexplicable - why they would defy the CDC & insist the infected passengers fly back with uninfected AND uniformed Americans?
What would have been so bad about leaving 14 infected passengers to be treated at Japanese hospitals before flying home?

Why place uninfected Americans at risk - & not inform them - on a plane where air must re-circulate throughout cabin?

They DEFIED the CDC to do this.
They also lied to America about it: "The U.S. State Department had promised that no one with the infection would be allowed to board the planes."

The chance that you or anyone you know will be involuntarily unemployed is lower than it has been in half a century. Moreover, real wages are increasing and inflation is negligible. Life isn’t problem-free, of course, but times are genuinely good.

It would be really helpful for journalists reporting on Barr's unhinged attempts to drum up a there there to note:

1) HILLARY was also under CI investigation, one conducted in the press.

2) HILLARY was also investigated based off oppo research, Clinton Cash.
One of the problems with Barr that makes him far more dangerous than the last time he was a very dangerous AG is he has been soaking in Fox News for 30 years, and refuses to follow evidence over propaganda.
Also note: Barr said, under oath before SJC, what he has seen of RU investigation was "anemic."

It was. So when he says it doesn't make sense he's partly complaining that it doesn't look like a regular aggressive CI investigation into foreign adversaries.
