This is someone who should be called out for the xenophobic and distasteful statement he made. As an American, it is this type of comment that destroys us, not that someone spoke in Korean after being honored.

This article is incredibly disturbing. While mostly focused on Trump and his campaign's intentional distortion of facts - including using my 2017 "coup" tweet - for their political purposes, there is also discussion of how Democrats are weaponizing the Internet.

Did Trump Administration inappropriately classify info in #Bolton's manuscript? That is something that will need to be litigated. The relevant Executive Order 13,526 contains this provision:

Sec. 1.7. Classification Prohibitions and Limitations.
(a) In no case shall information be classified, continue to be maintained as classified, or fail to
be declassified in order to:
(1) conceal violations of law, inefficiency, or administrative error;
(2) prevent embarrassment to a person, organization, or agency;
(3) restrain competition; or
(4) prevent or delay the release of information that does not require protection in the interest of the national security.
(b) Basic scientific research information not clearly related to the national security shall not be classified.

When Assange is put in the equivalent of a fish tank in a court room b/c he is a prisoner at a Category A prison, and the judge says he has to be in the tank b/c he's a Cat. A prisoner, it's an illogical, circular argument. GaslightingAssange+Team

("Ex parte" is Latin for "from." An ex parte communication is one coming from only one party, not providing any notice to the other party. Basically the opposite of a letter copied to opposing counsel, filed publicly, and served via the electronic filing system.)
It is quite literally impossible to overstate how fantastically dumb Ty Beard's "ex parte" characterization is

The motion is weak and the basis is LOLable, but my suspicion is that the judge will grant it (though likely for less than 3 weeks)

Defendants will argue the burden is on Plaintiff to show good cause (the motion doesn't do that), plus ongoing harassment

Positive for the Defendants. He gives their attorneys lots of usable material

A good rule of thumb as y'all see an assortment of "bUt ThEy LiEd UnDeR oAtH" tweets from conVics is that they're typically projecting – accusing others of the things they themselves or R.Broly have done
