The two security guards testimonies to my knowledge are not currently public, or at least not easy to find, but they have testified in 2016 and will testify in the future court cases (in Jerry Judge's case posthumously via his 2016 deposition) against Amber.

On May 24, Amber Heard and her team sent Johnny Depp what could be generously called a list of demands.

Amber Heard sent these texts to Johnny the day after.

To my knowledge, these texts have never been verified, but they are corroborated by her own words on the tape.

She further confirms that part of the reason she filed for DVRO is that she was afraid that she was gonna get kicked out of the penthouse.

As for Amber's current witness list, I have no idea. But she is subpoenaing everyone and their mother, except people actually relevant to the case.

One final thing. Amber Heard wanted to strike Johnny Depp's expert witnesses of the list. Among these is a forensic expert.
