....but Sanders also hurt himself with his Castro comments. Those comments are nothing to the under 45 crowd. Hell most of the Dems under 45 have all heard how great Castro and Cuba is. The 45+ crowd knows the truth about Castro and it was a bridge too far for many.
Now many voted for Biden as the candidate that could beat Trump. This tells me that those Dem voters showed up at the polls stoned out of their minds.
Mini Mike is making a $7 million ad buy for the next elections so he will stick around for a bit. Probably just wants to run anti Trump or anti Sanders ads in Florida so creepy Joe can cement his front runner status next week.
Pocahontas will stick around for as long as the DNC tells her to siphon off voters from Sanders. However, it's really just a two person race at this point. Creepy Joe and that old dog faced pony soldier Communist guy.
Sleepy Joe does help the Dems in the upper Midwest (MN,WI,MI,PA) in the general but his main strength is in the south which is useless for the general since those states will vote for Trump in landslides.
Tonight's results means there will be no brokered convention. That if old Communist guy doesn't get the delegates he needs for the first vote, then on the second Creepy sleepy joe will win the nomination.
So basically, unless Biden has a complete collapse the likely match up in the fall will be Trump vs Biden with the Dems mostly attempting to win the Senate and keep the house to stop Trump.
On the positive side Biden's win should calm the market somewhat tomorrow. The markets will take a dotard hundred times over a Communist any day. So the risk to the market just dropped bigly in their eyes.
