NOTE/ @TomJChicago has documented issues America would want reviewed as to Trump's medical condition/mental acuity *if* we didn't have a situation in which he purchased false records from his pre-White House doc and bribed his White House doc with a job and political endorsement.
VIDEO/ Trump has demanded that mental acuity be a campaign issue, most recently yesterday (in speaking of Biden). The sort of ads independent groups will likely look to produce, in response, may mirror this proof-of-concept published on HBO by @RealTimers:
NOTE/ I'd *strongly* prefer the 2020 election campaign *not* go down this road—it's ugly, cruel, and frankly unnecessary (as Trump is best critiqued for being an accused serial sexual assailant, lifelong criminal, and would-be fascist tyrant). But Trump is *demanding* we go here.

(THREAD) The biggest hoax perpetrated on American voters this century was the Mueller Report. Not the report itself—but how it was *misrepresented* by Trump and his crew. The Report didn't conclude what Trump says; more importantly, it didn't even consider the *topics* he claims.
1/ One of the strangest aspects of Mueller's probe—almost never reported on—is that as it was happening, we had no idea what *was or wasn't* being investigated by Mueller and his team. Writing PROOF OF COLLUSION and PROOF OF CONSPIRACY, I read hundreds of articles that *guessed*.
2/ There were members of the media who told us—without any evidence—that Mueller was looking at the "money trail" between Trump and Russia. Some journalists said Mueller was working with Trump's tax returns. Others said Mueller was looking into Trump's *Middle East* connections.

PS/ Days ago the RCP polling averages had Bloomberg polling in the top three in 16 states total; Warren was top three in only 7 states. Super Tuesday's results constitute a significant reversal between the candidates, possibly attributable to Warren's debate attacks on Bloomberg.
PS2/ Bloomberg's California slide continues—he's at 16.5% now, down from 16.8% minutes ago, and the slide has been ongoing for a couple hours. With just 39% of California in, it seems increasingly likely he'll be south of 15% by the time California is done counting days from now.

Lessons from training as a psychiatrist

1) Mental health is complicated, and illness can come from a variety of experiences, genetics and biology. No two people are the same, and no two approaches should be. Person centred medicine is important.
2) Stigma is common, both in patients fearing illness and others judging them. This same stigma delays diagnosis, harms people and attacks rights. The solution is education and speaking openly of ones experience. Fear is often based on assumption, not reality.
3) Capacity and Insight are not the same. Capacity is a time specific ability to receive, understand, consider and communicate information relevant to a decision, insight is the ability to recognise the presence of delusional or hallucinatory symptoms as part of an illness.
