It is well known that Klobuchar despised Buttigieg. But this is I think the second thread from a former Warren staffer unloading on Buttigieg (he pivoted to the center and started hitting her on health care in October, which is when she started to decline).
One thing I have learned over the years is that oftentimes, campaigns take on the traits of the candidate. Warren is unfailingly polite and her staff reflected that. But that doesn’t mean that they can’t throw a punch when they want (see Warren hitting Bloomberg)
So looking at this, it looks like you could at least say Buttigieg was supportive of Medicare for All who want it for a while. Buttigieg did pivot came from selling himself as more leftist to being more in the moderate lane when he started attacking Warren.
