That's a very interesting question Tim. I think @PhilipWatson_ knows the answer. As far as I am aware possible sources for Koblentz include @LenP91535865 and @garethrw. The former is implicated in scientific fraud w.r.t FFM reports.
1) The @ForensicArchi emails obtained by @PhilipWatson_ raise a critical concern regarding fraud and unethical conduct at @GoldsmithsUoL. This email confirms Forensic Architecture provided support to @eliothiggins/@bellingcat for their 'debate' with US professor Postol. 
2) This debate was organised under the auspices of the centre for Investigative Journalism @cijournalism and chaired by its director @James__Harkin. Here is a picture of Higgins engaging in scholarly debate with Postol.
3) The obvious conflict of interest here is that @weizman_eyal is director of @ForensicArchi and a board member of @cijournalism (also a director as shown by companies house records)
4) So, both @weizman_eyal and @James__Harkin exploited their research entities @cijournalism and @ForensicArchi to support Higgins/Bellingcat in a public debate against Prof. Postol. The decks were being stacked.

8) As explained in this talk given at Portcullis House, (House of Commons), and also recently delivered at the Harvard-Sussex program on chem & biological weapons, it is very likely the deceased were murdered in order to stage the scenes at location 2.
9) All those involved, wittingly or unwittingly, should keep in mind the legal risks of ANY involvement with covering up a warcrime involving the mass murder of civilians. All of this information and more is now with elected officials in at least 3 NATO countries
