This parade of experts and CEOs talking about the MASSIVE ramping up of tests is EXACTLY what the markets needs.

We need to get a handle on the problem and this will go a long way toward that.

Instead of SAYING their will be a lot of test, as we heard for weeks, this gave us an actual understandable plan of how this will happen.

About a month late and we still look like clowns compared to South Korea. But better late than never.

For the last month every time he talked about the virus, he turned it into a stock market cheer leading session. And everyone bombed.

The first time he talked only about fixing the problem, DJIA up 2,000 points.

This is not rocket science! Think they finally get it?
