These US infections charts are updated as of March 9 (John Hopkins data).

The US data is now an embarrassment. We are making the Chinese look credible.

I thought they delivered 75,000 testing kits last week??

These leaves the US with one option left, stop all reporting (like the CDC with testing last week).

Fed fund futures are PLUNGING tonight. All down more than 10 bps (a huge move).

March is saying the effective rate will average 1.05% for March. It is currently 1.58%.

Only way that happens is the Fed cuts tomorrow morning.

Since Jan 2001, all inter-meeting Fed moves come between 60 to 30 minutes before the NYSE open.

The market expects them to cut tomorrow morning (s/b 50). Yields plunging (10-yr 1.03%!)

If they do not cut tomorrow morning, -13 S&P fut (opened -60) could quickly be -124.

Jun 4, 19 speech Powell inserted a line to say the Fed would "act as appropriate." This was taken as a sign that the Fed would cut, and they did on Jul 31.

Using "act as appropriate" again means they WILL BE cutting by Mar 18.

Only question, 25 or 50.

Total China is now at 77k.

Growth rate has flattened out. If it did not after 40 days of exponential growth, everyone on the planet will be infected 3 or 4 times.

I think the shape is right, no confidence on the level. 2x higher (160k)? 10x higher (800k)? Higher?

I was denied service at 2 diff. Chinese restaurants in LDN. EP1, my cousin asks the lady why she was asking us 2 leave and “this is not a fast food restaurant” she answers. He calmly tells her that she cant do that. I told my cousin 2 let it go & we walked out #rascismisalive
EP2 My @malaikaaminata friend & I walk in2 another Chinese restaurant. We sit at an empty table. A lady comes over asking us 2 move upstairs. Prepared by my previous incident I say no right away. She starts shouting at us 2 move bcos the table is for 4. #rasicismisalive @kuvie_
