Your excellency, the intrigues between @RuhangoDistrict Mayor, @RwandaSouth governor & the Executive secretary of that district have been going on since August last year, she was suspended and the district Njyanama have been postponed and siting many times over the matter.
Upto now no tangible outcome, the citizens of @RwandaSouth in particular @RuhangoDistrict are being affected by these leaders intrigues your excellency @PaulKagame, the ministry @RwandaLocalGov have failed to solve their issues yet it was informed.
