One of the biggest mistakes you'll tend to make with your personal brand is to have a product brand mentality.

You are trying to target a niche too much.

And you wanna provide value to that niche alone.

So you have your 'target market.'

'Isn't that what I'm supposed to be doing?'

Nah.

That works for a product.

But with a personal brand... you want to lead with your personality.

The personality is the niche.

This is a major paradigm shift.

And requires a lot of unlearning.

But this form of unlearning isn't as difficult as it seems.

It just comes down to being yourself.

Rather than trying to appeal to others so much.

Do attraction marketing.

'Attraction marketing?'

Ya. Your ideas are energy.

It is frozen in content (tweets, blogs, videos).

Therefore, your content is energy.

The media is just the channel to disperse that energy

Once dispersed, the like energy will be attracted to your page & the others will repel

You reach peak creativity when you act like you're the only person in the universe.

This allows you to be yourself, rather than a fake version.

Creative writing = writing with personality.

Creative speaking = talking to ur best friend.

But picturing as though you're the only person in the universe is tough...at first.

It becomes easier later on.

For now, warm yourself up by giving advice to your younger self.

And that is knowledge that comes from the internal.

There's nothing more cringe than someone who uses confusing wording to try to be smart.

But this happens when you try to impress others.

Whether you're aware or not.

Talking to the younger you simplifies your wording.

A dummy can understand it

Remember this homie, content creation isn't something that you just do.

It's something that you become as well.

It's neurolinguistic programming at its finest.

Whether that is your intention or not.

There are some normal people looking i see who spew nothing but garbage on their social media.

Then they wanna hang out after.

Hell no...

Words are commands for the brain

An occasional vent is whatever.

But remember, not only do you become what you consume.

You become what you create.

Start impressing yourself more.

Authenticity is a long term game.

Your personality is the niche.

Build the right audience rather than the big audience.

When you got the right intentions in mind, you don't pander like a clown in a circus

Stay true to yourself.

And the products/services you sell, make sure it's around your expertise & interests.

Not just what everyone is doing.

This is the long term formula to build the right way

Its a journey to bond with you.
