WHAT ARE THE REASONS THAT MAY MAKE ALLAAH TO SEND CALAMITIES IN FORMS OF EPIDEMIC?

From the mouth of Dr. Shaykh Saalih Al-Fawzaan (RH):

Abdullahi Ibn Umar reported, that he was in the midst of a group of Muhaajiroon, when the Prophet (SAW) said, addressing this group:

"Oh you group of Muhaajiroon, Five qualities will not prevail among you except Allah sends consequences as punishment (I seek refuge in Allaah that any of you should meet that time):

One: Rebellion against the laws of Allaah (Faahishah) doesn't become rampant among you people,

to the extend that those people come out proudly showing off their sins & rebellion against Allaah, except Allaah (SWT) send down all forms of sickness & epidemics amongst them, the types of sickness those in the past have never known or experienced.

Secondly, people have not cheated on measures & scales ⚖, except Allah sends down severe hardship on them, & they will have on them wicked leaders. Thirdly, people haven't refused paying Zakaah except Allah refuse to send down rain, if not because of other animals.

Fourthly, a people haven't engaged in breaking their promises except Allaah makes their enemies over them, ceasing their belongings & stealing their wealth forcefully. Fifthly, the leaders of the Muslims would not evade using the book of Allaah as their constitution, except

places one part of them over the other (the strong feasting on the weak ones)."

Oh fellow Muslims, every pointer from this Hadith is what everyone amongst us can witness today. People offend Allah with impunity & proudly show the entire world that this is what they do.

Immorality of all kind today occur & some people (even among the so-called Muslims) frown at those that discourage such immorality (like LGBT, Zina, Fraud) & so on, for what they call themselves as champions of humanity & freedom for all. You see people defending immorality.

This is the same time that the callers to morality & to everything good & obedience to Allaah are forced to keep quiet (if they succumb to the pressure) from the army of Shaytaan. They call you morality police, because in the other hand, they are the immorality defenders.

When such keep happening, we sure should except the wide spread of all forms of sickness & epidemics, that have defied all conventional forms of treatments, as we are experiencing today of the #COVID19.

Let us return to Allaah sincerely. May Allah forgive us & protect us
